Manly Writers' Festival will hold its fourth festival from Thursday 18 to Sunday 21 March 2027, with sessions at venues around Manly on Sydney's northern beaches.

Kim Williams AM will open the festival on 18 March by delivering the Thomas Keneally Oration. The program will cover politics, international affairs, crime, culture, history, sport and contemporary fiction. Planned events include A Night of Crime at Felons, an evening with crime writers, and The Curiosity Project, a free program for Year 9 and 10 students.

Tickets are sold by session, with concession prices and free entry for children under 15, except to special events. The festival says the full program will be released in stages. Full refunds are available for any reason until midnight on 3 March 2027.

The festival is run by a registered charity set up in 2023.
